The output resistors are tantalums from PartsConnexion. I used one per grid, tied them together and attached to the output of the attenuator. The plate resistors consist of a 12K and 16K in parallel to get a value of 6.9K, and they tie together pins 1 and 9 on the tube socket. These are Vishay/Dale wire wounds at 5 watts each.

Here's a view of the filament section (lower left of center). The bridge, two caps, and resistor are mounted to a solder lug, and another wire "bridges" the ground to the center lug. The Elna cap is a dual type so only one ground wire is needed. I just floated the resistors above it instead of mounting to a solder lug. I was running out of room pretty quickly.
